In a joint effort to boost the local economy during the holiday season, Développement Vaudreuil-Soulanges (DEV) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vaudreuil-Soulanges (CCIVS) are proud to present a brand new prepaid card program powered by Hello.

The program is integrated into the local shopping campaign that has been in place for several years in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges area. An innovative initiative that allows consumers to support their favorite local businesses while enjoying a substantial bonus. Hello prepaid credit cards, available from November 1, 2023, can be used exclusively at participating businesses in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. This initiative aims to stimulate spending in our region’s local shops.

A 30% Bonus Offered by DEV and CCIVS

To encourage local purchases, DEV and CCIVS are offering a generous 30% bonus on the amount paid by the consumer. This means the consumer’s budget is boosted, and additional dollars will be spent at participating businesses. In total, these organizations allocate $12,000 to support local merchants.

Easy to Use

The Hello program stands out for its simplicity and accessibility. For participating businesses, there are no associated fees with the program, and consumers do not have to pay additional fees to use their Hello card.

This card works like a standard VISA prepaid card, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for all. Simply complete the card purchase online through the secure Hello platform, choosing an amount of $50 (boosted to $65), $75 (boosted to $97.50), or $100 (boosted to $130). You will receive your card by mail, and it will be ready to use for your holiday expenses like gifts, outings, beauty, purchases for your gatherings, and more.

Hello cards can be used at over 100 participating businesses in the program.

Corporate Option for Businesses

In addition to the offering for the general public, a corporate option is also available for businesses that want to provide Hello cards to their employees, an original way to reward them while promoting local purchases.
